Rachel M. Strauss is a Senior Tax Associate at Schaeffer & Sam, CPA, P.C., where she has made a significant impact since joining in 2016. A Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Rachel brings extensive experience in tax preparation, accounting services, and payroll management.

Complementing her accounting and tax skills, Rachel is passionate about utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and client service that the Firm provides to its clients.  Rachel continually explores new tools and methodologies to improve workflows and remains informed about industry advances to contribute to the Firm's successful representation of its clients.

In addition to her professional achievements, Rachel prioritizes her family. She is married and the proud mother of four amazing sons, who are a constant source of joy and inspiration in her life. Rachel believes that a strong family foundation is crucial for achieving balance and success, both personally and professionally.

In her leisure time, Rachel enjoys attending sporting events with her family, creating lasting memories while cheering on their favorite teams. She also values the opportunity to unwind with long walks, which provide her with time to reflect and recharge.
